Our logos are protected by copyright.

The logos, brand names and visual identity elements on this page are the property of Fimar Holding (Fimar Mermer Maden A.Ş.) and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property. They may not be used without permission.

These files are provided so that the press, media and our business partners can present Fimar accurately and unaltered in news, publicity and corporate documents. For any use beyond that scope, Fimar’s prior written permission is required. The following are expressly not permitted:

• Redrawing the logo; changing its colours, proportions or typography; adding shadows, frames or effects.
• Making it part of another logo, product, package, application icon or domain name.
• Using it in a way that suggests Fimar’s endorsement, sponsorship or partnership.
• Using it on commercial products, sales material or advertising; transferring it to third parties or redistributing it.

The same conditions apply to the corporate films, catalogue and press images on this page. Downloading the files means you accept these conditions. Fimar reserves the right to stop any use that breaches them and to pursue legal remedies.
